EDEXCEL A Level Spanish - Unidad 2 (El mundo laboral) Bundle
A bundle of all the lessons and resources I have planned, created and adapted for Unidad 2 (El mundo laboral).
This bundle consists of 9 lessons designed to cover the key grammar and vocabulary of the unit. All lessons include a starter activity, optional homework, a variety of activities and interactions to engage the students, and could potentially be stretched and divided into further lessons.
The lessons are as follows:
Lesson 1 - Introducci贸n a A-Level Spanish / La situaci贸n del mundo laboral en Espa帽a
Objetivos:
Examinar la situaci贸n laboral actual de los j贸venes en Espa帽a.

Objetivos:

An introductory lesson to Module 3 covering the double-page spread of 鈥淣o hay dos familias iguales鈥 with an introductory activity and homework focused on the grammar topic.
This has been planned to be a single lesson but could potentially be stretched into two if more time is spent on the grammar or translation.

A set of 3 lessons to cover unit 1 (En ruta) of module 2.
All 3 are well developed, come with a starter and even optional homework to give to the students.
Lesson 1 - 驴Ad贸nde te gustar铆a ir de vacaciones? (Focus on asking questions and reading practice)
Lesson 2 - En ruta (Focus on comparatives, reading and translation)
Lesson 3 - Se puede viajar (Focus on impersonal verb phrases, implicit grammar approach and writing).
You could just as easily turn these into 2 lessons by omitting some of the slides if you consider them unnecessary.

An introductory lesson to Module 2 covering the double-page spread of 鈥淶ona de Cultura - Descubre Andaluc铆a鈥 with an introductory translation starter, a focus on photo description, and potentially a writing plenary (or hw).
This has been planned to be a single lesson but could potentially be stretched into two if more time is spent on the photo description or the grammar point (me gusta/gustar铆a).

Pearson EDEXCEL 2024 Spanish - Module 2 - Unidad 4 (D贸nde te quedaste?)
A set of 3 lessons to cover unit 4 (D贸nde te quedaste?) of module 2.
They鈥檙e well developed, come with a starter and even optional homework to give to the students.
Lesson 1 - D贸nde te quedaste? (Focus on the imperfect and negative formation) + also includes mini-whiteboard activity for grammar and a fun game I created that is led by the students to reinforce the grammar.
Lesson 2 - Lo bueno era que鈥 (Focus on the imperfect + irregulars, spanish cultural reading and writing)
Lesson 3 - Cuando estaba en un hotel鈥 (Focus on imperfect consolidation, giving/spotting negative/positive opinions and practicing the roleplay + an additional roleplay for practice).
I decided to really focus on the imperfect throughout these lessons due to it widespread use and versatility, but the last lesson specially presents the opportunity to mix in the other tenses with the roleplay.

Lesson 1 - Mi aventura por latinoam茅rica (Focus on soler + infinitive) + also includes mini-whiteboard activity for grammar practice and an engaging 鈥渄isappearing translation鈥 activity for the students.
Lesson 2 - Una aventura cronol贸gica por el mundo hispano (Focus on talking about holidays and writing practice ) includes mini-whiteboard activity for grammar practice.
These lessons might even benefit from being split into three due to the high levels of grammar within them.

Not very pretty but I鈥檝e created a vocabulary set in QUIZLET for each sub-unit of module 5. In this powerpoint you can find the vocabulary sets themselves, a link for each QUIZLET set, and even a QR code that I have generated so that you can provide your students with the means to revise the vocab at home.
I have already uploaded a similar resource for previous modules, and will also be creating short vocabulary tests for each one. Check my profile if this interests you, or for any other resources.
