(based on 22 reviews)

Welcome to The Curiosity Crows! I’m an autistic explorer with a passion for natural sciences and the planet. I create hand-drawn, minimalist, black and white coloring pages—ideal for early finishers, students who need a brain break, or as top-up pages and wet break time fillers. You’ll also find photo bundles of images taken in the days of camera film rolls, perfect for bringing a touch of exploration and nostalgia into your lessons. And paper dolls for top-up activities for your class.

Seaside Festivals and Holidays: Raft Races: Alderney Week: Photo Collection

(0)
Each summer during Alderney Week, the island has a ‘daft raft race’ where people build their own boats and race to get to the beach first. It is all a part of life as a British islander in the Channel Islands. A small collection of photos from my time in and around coastlines of Britain (Alderney, Channel Islands). Please note that some of these were taken with slide film before the arrival of digital cameras.

Each summer the islanders on the island of Alderney in the British Channel Islands, march through the town with lit torches, before throwing them onto the bonfire and enjoying a firework display. This summer tradition is a way to celebrate what it means to live in a close knit community on an island, but also the return to the island after being evacuated during World War Two. A small collection of photos from my time in and around coastlines of Britain (Alderney, Channel Islands). Please note that some of these were taken with slide film before the arrival of digital cameras.

Journey to the Arctic: Photo Collection

A small collection of photos from my time spent working in the Arctic town of Point Barrow, Alaska. Photos were taken before the invention of the digital camera and are on slide film so the resolution isn’t as good as it would be today. However, the photos may be of interest to students learning about climate, or wanting to know what life is like if you go to school in the Arctic. Can you spot the polar bear footprints, and polar bear in the distance. Visit the local cemetary, school, softball court, homes, and see the tundra from the air. These photos are from the summer time. In the winter the town is in darkness.
