An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Teacher of Business Studies.
We are seeking a fully qualified Teacher of Business Studies (0.5 FTE) to complement our dynamic team. The successful candidate will begin in August 2025 and fulfil all aspects of the role from that time.
Key Responsibilities
We require an enthusiastic and passionate teacher, committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences and fostering an engaging environment for pupils.
It is essential that you are capable of teaching Business Studies at GCSE Level and either BTEC or A Level.
You will have a recognised teaching qualification and be registered with the GTCS or in the process of achieving this. Economics or BTEC experience would be beneficial, but is not essential.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- A genuine passion for Business and the desire to inspire students.
- A strong academic background in the subject area.
- The ability to plan, prepare, and deliver creative, challenging lessons across all stages.
- An interest in innovative teaching methods, including ICT, to enhance learning experiences.
- Strong organisational skills and punctuality, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
