Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal from the United Kingdom or the United States with extensive k12 private school management experience and an international perspective. The Principal will oversee academic affairs, student affairs, education quality, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have a background as a principal in an international or private school, hold PGCE, QTS, or a U.S. teaching certificate, and possess an NPQH or U.S. principal certification. A deep understanding of A-Level, IB, and AP curricula is essential, along with the ability to effectively lead and inspire teaching staff, support admissions, and drive academic and operational innovation.


Key Responsibilities
The Role:
1.Setting up the International teaching team and maintaining team stability.
2.Lead the SLT in formulating a fair, just and open appraisal process.
3.Organize the necessary teams to conduct academic research.
4.Design the curriculum in line with the school’s purpose.
5.Oversee the planning and delivery of daily teaching of Primary, IGCSE and A- LEVEL.
6.Develop curriculum content, training materials, training modules, participant materials, and plan implementation strategies, among other things, for students and teachers.
7.Support the school's marketing, admission and communication related work whilst continuously enhancing the school's brand influence through marketing promotions.
8.Communicate and co-ordinate with all functional departments to the ensure smooth operation of the school.

Leadership Role:
1.Inspire teachers and coordinators to perform at their best.
2.Lead a team of coordinators and teachers to achieve high standards of learning.
3.Develop internal working groups- academic, examination, etc.parents, teachers and students
4.Strengthen communication across all stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience
1. Minimum of 10 to 15 years of teaching experience.
2. Master’s degree or above in any discipline, with a B.Ed./M.Ed./MA in Education.
3. Hold a recognized leadership qualification: NPQH or equivalent.
4. Passionate about teaching and student learning.
5. Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills.
6. Proven experience in designing and implementing curriculum strategies.
