What We Need

Vinschool is seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Physical Education to lead and coordinate the PE curriculum and sport-related initiatives across our campuses. The successful candidate will ensure a cohesive and comprehensive PE programme aligned with international best practices, while promoting student health, fitness, and engagement in physical activity.

Essential Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

·   Lead the strategic planning, development, and implementation of the PE curriculum across all Vinschool campuses

·   Lead and supervise the professional development of PE teaching staff across campuses.

·   Monitor and enhance the quality of teaching and learning within the PE programme.

·   Promote a culture of health, fitness, and wellness throughout the school community.

·   Coordinate and support extracurricular sports and inter-school competitions.

·   Ensure all PE facilities and equipment meet safety standards and are effectively maintained.

·   Contribute to broader educational planning and leadership within the school system.

Qualifications

Education:

·   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.

·   A valid teaching qualification/licence (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed, national teaching licence).

·   Experience with international curricula is highly desirable.

Experience:

·   Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or coordination role preferred.

Language Proficiency:

·   Fluent English speaker (minimum C1 level).

·   Strong presentation, communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

·   Competencies in teacher training, curriculum design and development, teaching quality control,  time management, interpersonal relations, and teamwork.

·   Adaptable, patient, flexible, devoted, with a positive outlook.
