Assistant Head of Early Years (Non-Teaching Role)

Al Rabeeh School is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and committed Assistant Head of Early Years to join our leadership team. This is a non-teaching leadership role, ideal for an individual with a strong background in Early Years education and a proven ability to lead and inspire.

Our school was rated 'Very Good' in the recent ADEK Inspection and 'Outstanding' in the latest BSO Inspection, reflecting the dedication and excellence of our staff. We are looking for a leader who can build on this success and contribute to our continued development.

Candidates must have:

  • Demonstrated experience working with the Curiosity Approach
  • Strong knowledge of Read Write Inc.
  • A solid background in data analysis and curriculum planning

Requirements:

  • Fluent English speaker
  • A relevant degree and a recognised Primary teaching qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a school following the National Curriculum for England
  • Excellent subject knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum
  • Familiarity with current UK educational initiatives and developments
  • A track record of excellence in teaching, leadership, and driving school improvement
  • A passion for developing creative, 21st-century learning environments
  • Confidence in integrating technology to enhance teaching and learning
  • Proven ability to use assessment data to inform planning and track progress
  • Experience working with EAL students (desirable)
