These were dotted around the nursery provision for any quick notes and could easily circle which area the observatio was related to: Maths Development (MD), Physical Development (PD) , Languages, literacy and Communication (LLC), Social Emotional Development (SED) or/and Early Years profile.

The sheet will generate a percentage for each area which can be used for your initial 6 week baseline assessment.
