Lessons include being able to estimate answers, use inverse operations and make decisions on appropriate strategies for calculations. Each adapted version includes the same question types and requirements of pupils with adapted numbers that look for the same mathematical understanding. Mini Maths revision booklets that I have created for my Year 6 covering topics they have looked at this half-term. The four booklets are differentiated and children can then spend the next lesson going over any errors they have made in them as well. Questions include: finding fractions and percentages, fraction/ percentage equivalents, area and perimeter, negative numbers including ordering, adding and subtracting fractions and multiplying and dividing fractions within word problems.
