Welcome back to school September 2020 assembly - what is your 5 year plan?
This assembly starts by getting student to think about new years resolutions they made and probably failed at. It then goes through a more sustainable long term 5 year plan and what this might look like for students.
It lasts around 15 minutes and is a great assembly for the start of the academic year. It is aimed at all secondary year groups and worked well when I performed it especially when students got involved.

This assembly focuses on making a success of returning to the new normal and is based around the four Rs to success:
Reflect - relfecting on the positives that have come out of lockdown
Resilience - not giving up because they think they have missed so much school. this focuses on two countries that suffered from natural disasters but students actually perfomred better on return to school despite missing many weeks
Responsibility - this focuses on the collective responsibility we all have in following the rules that have come out of the new normal e.g social distancing, one way systems
Reac out - telling students of the support on offer if they are struggling to adapt to the new normal
This presentation will last about 15 minutes, is fully scripted and i intend to present it to all students in their tutor time via zoom.

Electricity and Magnetism complete scheme of work based on the new KS3 National curriculum framework
Entire KS3 scheme of work with level assessed task and end of unit test with markscheme and levels.
Created around the new KS3 national curriculum framework it encompasses powerpoint based lessons and associated worksheets, homework and assessments
Each lesson includes a requisition list for lab techs and where it is not obvious foot notes have been created.
Each lesson has been planned to last between 50-60 minutes and includes differentiated outcomes and activities
I taught this to my year 7s and it worked really well but also allowed me to make a few tweaks that you can now benefit from.
All in all it took me about 20 hours to create during my summer holidays so save yourself some time and grab yourself a bargain!
