A simple record sheet for circuit/weight training for studnet’s to place down what exersise’s they are doing and to write down their scores.

A diagram developed to show BTEC and GCSE students the flow of blood (cardiovascular system) in the correct order with the diagram labeled for easy visuals in a practical or theory lesson. Can be used for Physical education (PE) and Biology lessons. Suitable for secondary school and college students.

This PE Leadership full lesson bundle ables you to teach the full module by using every lesson plan and resources saving you hours of planning. I have planned a sequence of lessons which develops the students confidence and understanding for leadership and coaching skills. The following characteristics will be an overview for the whole module; Enthusiasm, Leadership, Organisation, Communicator, Respectful, Creative, Adaptable and Confidence. Within this Leadership bundle there are SOW for year 7, 8 and 9 with 11 resources and 7 lesson plans for each year group. The 8th lesson is based on their assessment and will focus on each student planning a certain aspect of the lesson e.g warm up, cool down etc. These lessons and resources will save you roughly 15-20 hours of hard work which was put into this!!
