Contains:
1) A general class tracker proforma
2) A year cohort disadvantaged groups tracker
3) A Year cohort intervention tracker
4) A KS3 science mastery tracker
Contains trilogy PLC performance trackers for all three of the sciences. The outcomes are based on the combined trilogy course.
(See other resources for the separate sciences)
All trackers are formatted and ready to go. Content is broken down into 'can do' statements. Teachers can RAG rate student progress to highlight strengths and weaknesses on this already formatted spreadsheet. All you have to do is put a number in and it will change colour automatically, saving you time and effort.
The trackers will support written reports, inform students of the next steps and could even be used at parents evenings to inform parents of progress.
Engage your students as they learn all about the eye as they make an interactive foldable eye that can be stuck in their books. This is an ideal activity if you do not have access to eyes or if students are to squeamish to complete it themselves.
This resource pack comes with:
1) the foldable template
2) a (F) differentiated sheet with pins and a table already completed
3) a (H) differentiated sheet with pins and a table that needs to be completed by students
4) A worksheet that asks students to research the functions of the main parts of the eye
5) photos of the finished of the finished design to model to students
6) A brief description of a method of how to carry out an eye dissection
Engage your students as they learn all about to wire a 3 pin plug as they create a foldable plug . This can be used to explain electrical safety. The resource is idea and means every student can have a fully wired plug in their books.
A student worksheet with extended answer questions is also included along with a teacher answer sheet.
A two page sheet containing calculations for charge, current, voltage is added to support mains electricity topics along with a answer powerpoint that goes through each question and explains how they should be completed. This contains foundation and A* style calculations.
The resource could be used over 3 lessons for it to be fully completed.
A resource that should be printed back to back (on long edge) and cut out and folded.
The circuit names are already printed on the resource and it allows students to research either in a lesson for a homework the symbols. The tabs all neatly fold over in the book, making the key terms stand out.
There is also space for teachers/students to add an extra one when and if required.
A selection of resources including a christmas quiz, science practical lessons and some gas pressure demonstrations you can can do in the classroom!!
All these resources will save you a massive 58%!
The total chemistry tracker and PLC for trilogy chemistry 8462 and the separate science chemistry 8464. Also included is a required practical record document for the 3 GCSE sciences and 2 lessons for reactivity of metals and chemical reactions. All together they are worth £9 - yours for £4. Saving 50%
3 of my latest foldables creating engaging learning for heat transfer in a home and thermal energy transfer in a vacuum flask and the fractional distillation column. Get this MASSIVE bargain today.
Engage your students as they learn all about heat and energy transfers as they create a foldable vacuum flask which they can use to explain conduction, convection and radiation and go to describe how its features reduce energy transfers and how
1) the foldable template
2)Student worksheet
3) teacher guide: how to put it together/model pictures and student sheet answers

A brief powerpoint with the 4 electric charge calculations. The ppt asks to rearrange them and contains the answers to the worksheet.
A brief look at the calculations for higher tier students that could be used for revision
Match sure your KS3 Science students 'master' all the key ideas they need before they start on their GCSE journey. It will support conversations with students to what they have to do to improve/next steps as well as your report writing and parents evenings.
This PLC is already formatted with the statements/Can do/key idea statements all you have to do is add numbers:
1) can not do yet (red)
2) nearly there (orange)
3) mastered (green)
4) Away/absent for the lessons covering the key idea so need to catch up (grey)
This resources covers all Biology, Chemistry and Physics topics, as well as working scientifically and other key skills (EG: graph drawing, calculations and maths skills, homework quality).
You can also edit/add sections to suit your own teaching needs.
This foldable comes in 4 parts, all designed and created by TRJ. Learners should be encouraged with describe and explain how energy is lost and can be prevented in the space within the foldable - along with this literacy focus there is also a student worksheet attached with calculation questions - this could easily be completed for a HW.
The design itself is slightly editable so if you are just after the design of the house, it could be used for many different purposes.

The resource contains 10 teacher led demonstrations some of which students can also do, all focussing on the gas pressure laws (Gay-Lussacs, Boyles and Charles) and their relationships.
The powerpoint also includes data students could plot to further understand the relationships.
I have also included the foldable that students can use to further discover the relationships between temperature, volume and pressure. This can be used in conjunction with the powerpoint lesson ideas.
I hope you find it useful especially if you a non specialist or you find yourself teaching this new area of the Physics curriculum.
