This resource includes a detailed answer plans for all potential exam questions that cover the full specification content for ALL Key Topics (1-3) of GCSE Edexcel History Paper 2 (Superpower Relations and the Cold War, 1941-91).
These answer plans provide the basic structure needed for each possible exam question, with model information and points listed and explained, ensuring you will learn all relevant information, facts, dates, names and clearly described in specification order – providing detailed and accessible summary and explanation of key events and turning points. The questions covered (below) are copied directly from the specification content, to ensure all content is revised and memorised within the answer plans.
Note that some answer plans are similar in content, due the similarities in potential answers to the questions closely related in time-period and events. See questions below.
The two booklets are separated by structure. The answer plans for Q1 Consequence & Q3 Importance are structured with two points and all relevant information included below, in correspondence to the structure of answers. The answer plans for Q2 Narrative Account include three point heading and all relevant information included below. These are designed as plans for the basic outline for all questions on the specification, to memorise and revise key subject content, in the structure of exam technique answers, and will help students to achieve Grade 9s!
