Through the relatable experiences of this character, children will grasp the process of solving social problems, following each step methodically. By the end, they will have gained the ability to not only help themselves but also extend support to others.
Given that our students encounter challenges and problems on a daily basis, we have a unique opportunity to equip them with tools and strategies that facilitate effective problem-solving and contribute to a more fulfilling life.

Earth Day Week Challenge Craft
This resource is the perfect complement to the Earth Day PowerPoint Presentation. Children will have the opportunity to put their ideas into practice for one week, actively protecting and helping the Earth. They will come to understand that the best way to celebrate and honor Earth Day is through education and taking action!
Both families and schools will work together, allowing each student to complete the challenge at home, school, or in the classroom. Students will share their actions and learn from their peers and families. This activity is an excellent way to raise awareness about the importance of our actions for the well-being of the planet and everyone on it.
How to assemble:
Ask your children to complete the challenge by doing one action (or more) each day of the week to help and protect the earth, then write it down. Next, students cut out the eight silhouettes along the dotted line. Finally, they staple them to the top.

Ayuda a tus estudiantes a eliminar estereotipos, prejuicios y cualquier forma de racismo. Mediante esta actividad (Racism and Antiracism Craft in Spanish), se animará a los niños a reconocer que el color de la piel no es más que una característica física. Imaginándose a sí mismos con distintos colores de piel y dibujándose en consecuencia, comprenderán que, a pesar de las diferencias externas, todos los individuos son únicos e igualmente valiosos.
Esta actividad promueve la idea de que no debe haber lugar para la injusticia o la discriminación basadas en el color de la piel. Recuerda que también es nuestra responsabilidad fomentar la igualdad y promover el antirracismo desde una edad temprana.
Esta actividad es un excelente complemento de la presentación en PowerPoint sobre el racismo (color de la piel) y la lucha contra el racismo.
Instrucciones:
Pídeles a tus estudiantes que se dibujen en el primer recuadro y luego con distintos tonos de piel en los siguientes. Después, recortan, grapan los dibujos y comparten su libro. Al verse con distintos colores de piel, reflexionarán y entenderán que su valor no cambia.

Racism, Antiracism Craft, Self Portrait and Skin Color Reflection Activity
Help your students eliminate stereotypes, prejudices, and any form of racism. Through this Racism and Antiracism Craft activity; children will be encouraged to recognize that skin color is merely a physical characteristic. By imagining themselves with different skin colors and drawing pictures of themselves accordingly, they will understand that despite external differences, all individuals are unique and equally valuable.
This activity promotes the idea that there should be no room for injustice or discrimination based on skin color. Our responsibility is to foster equality and promote antiracism from an early age.
This activity is an excellent addition to the Racism (Skin Color) Anti-Racism PowerPoint Presentation.
Instructions:
Ask students to draw themselves in the first frame. In the next ones, they redraw themselves with different skin tones. Then, they cut out the pictures, staple them into a small book, and reflect on how they feel seeing themselves in different tones. This activity helps them understand that their identity and worth remain the same.
