This is a whole unit of work based on the human circulatory system. Each smartboard or powerpoint has a whole lesson with main activity and plenary.

The lessons focus on what blood is made of and the blood system works, function of the heart, double circulation and how it works, 2 lessons on writing an explanation of the human circulatory system , investigation analysis to find out more about the lungs and an investigation linked to heart rate activity
This unit meets the objectives of year 6 science but also the writing objectives.
