Design a Smart Bin on behalf of Waste Warriors to counter the ever growing problem of litter.

Video Introduction

Introduce students to the design task with the Waste Warrior 4 min MP4 video designed on Adobe Express. The video explains how students must focus on Function, Form and Fabrication when presenting their designs.

Students present and evaluate their design on a double sided A3 Page.

Design Task

• Design Opportunity & Design Brief
• Design Specifications on Function, Form and Fabrication.

Concepts

• Students present design solutions (form follows function).
• Students present final idea with fabrication details.

Evaluation

• Students rate their design (1-5) against each specification
• Short commentary / final thoughts.
