
A frayer model for triangles that can be used across Key Stage 2 to support the understanding of what makes a triangle a triangle. Included is a definition and characteristics of a triangle alongside some examples and non-examples that can then form a class discussion of why they are triangles or why they are not.
This resource can be used a discussion tool in class, a supporting aid alongside pupils when working or as part of a maths display to refer back to when working on triangles.
