Suitable for Reception upwards, this 33-page pack includes a wide range of engaging and thought-provoking tasks to deepen children’s understanding of the story’s environmental message and character journey.

Story sequencing
Exploring feelings
Seasons and growth (order by height/growth)
PSED: Who cut the tree? Preferred city? Cheerful places
Labelling activity: Edward saving the tree
Creative: Put yourself in a tree, finger painting, design a poster
