A 6 week SOW focused on the health and wellbeing of a dancer.

This SOW includes lessons that explore the key elements of warming-up, cooling down, dynamic stretching, static stretching, physical skills (from GCSE Dance) and nutrition.

Students will have to opportunity to create their own warm-ups, cool-downs, implement physical skills into phrases and motifs as well as develop their use of subject specific terminology.
