This lesson introduces pupils to the Five Pillars of Islam, with a focus on the Shahadah and why it underpins all other pillars. Pupils learn how the pillars guide Muslims’ beliefs and actions and why the Shahadah is central to Muslim identity. Activities include comprehension questions, sentence starters, a recap bullseye task, and reflection on similarities with other faiths.
