This is a talk for writing unit I have been using for the last few years in Year 2 and Year 3. The unit ends in the children writing their own innovated section of the play - complete with Shakespearean insults. There are lots of opportunities for performance and drama. Can be done over 2 or 3 weeks. Hope you enjoy it!
It includes the Talk for Writing elements of a cold write, a picture map, a shared write and a boxed up plan template.
Included is:
- Full unit plan
- All lesson resources (differentiated for SEND & EAL)
- All lesson slides (PDF, Powerpoint & Canva template links - completely editable)
- Scaffolds (word mat)
**The lesson breakdown is: **
