This presentation covers ‘1.37 How organisational strategy is developed using tools such as PESTLE and SWOT analysis.’ The presentation starts with a warm-up exercise which requires the student to deliberate on a recent strategic decision that the government had to make. This presentation also uses real life examples of brands like Starbucks and Tesla to explain how strategic decisions were taken within these brands. This presentation also goes beyond SWOT and PESTLE and introduces students to other relevant strategic tools.
