Really great sheets. The instructions at the top are helpful as well, was able to use it for students in exclusion as well as in lesson.

Thank you so much for this, it's exactly what I was about to make myself. The scaffolding in particular saved me so much work! I used the "only questions" sheet to make a purposeful practice task on the board where more confident pupils are racing to find every surd which can be simplified to integer x root 2, root 3 etc.
