A set of two lessons following ‘'On a fait le tour du monde’ Dynamo 3 Module 5.7. Students are reminded of how to form the passe compose to start the lessons then go on to practice using the two past tenses. Students practice their skills and are also reminded of the imperfect tense through a range of activities from the book enhanced with support and challenge activities as well as additional slides to explain the grammar, an additional exercise to practice conjugation and a paired speaking activity. A treasure hunt / points reveal style game is also used to consolidate student knowledge. The lessons conclude with an extended writing task with success criteria to facilitate self/peer assessment.
