“Note to Self” is the first resource from the Your Wellbeing Matters series—created to support student mental health and promote positive self-talk in the classroom.
This gentle, affirming resource is ideal for wellbeing corners, PSHE lessons, morning routines, or simply as part of your everyday classroom environment.

- Note to Self Poster (A3 & A4)
- Note to Self Bookmarks – great for planners, books, or journals
- Note to Self Cards – “My reminder for today” prompts to place on desks when students need encouragement or a calming moment
