Simplify and Search Hunt
This interactive activity challenges students to simplify exponent expressions and find their solutions within a circuit of connected cells. Starting at cell #1, students simplify an expression and search for the corresponding answer in another cell, marking it as the next in the sequence. The process continues until they return to first cell #1, completing the circuit.
Each cell is marked with a unique icon/symbol or shape, and students must record these codes in the correct order to win the hunt. The activity promotes problem-solving, logical sequencing, and reinforces skills in simplifying expressions in an engaging and competitive format.
