Staffing and Management:
- The quality and experience of boarding staff (houseparents, matrons, etc.).
- The effectiveness of staff training and support.
- The leadership and management of the boarding house.
- The effectiveness of communication between staff, students, and parents.
Governance and Leadership:
- The school’s commitment to the provision of high-quality boarding.
- The role of the Senior Leadership Team in supporting boarding life.
- The school’s strategic plan for boarding.
The checklist will also include specific questions and criteria related to:
