Lesson plan and supporting resources to accompany the Maths picture book ‘Mummy Math’ by Cindy Neuschwander. The lesson works for Years 5/6, and is based around describing and building 3D shapes (including using nets) in order to crack the code to open the Mummy’s tomb!
It is a lovely book to own, but there are plenty of readings on youtube of the book if you are trying to save costs.
