This 7-lesson PSHE unit focuses on raising awareness, reducing stigma, and promoting positive mental health in young people. With age-appropriate, sensitive, and thought-provoking content, this unit helps students explore their own wellbeing, understand common mental health challenges, and learn how to support themselves and others.
Designed for Key Stage 4 students (ages 14–16), the unit aligns with the statutory RSE and Health Education guidance, and is suitable for delivery in PSHE lessons, form time, drop-down days, or wellbeing weeks.
