This is a powerpoint lesson introducing the next 5 letters of the Russian alphabet. It assumes knowledge of only the 20 letters introduced in lessons 1, 2, 3 and 4. It is the fifth of 6 lessons on the Russian alphabet which aims to slowly introduce the alphabet and writing system to students, giving them time to practice and develop.
This is suitable for KS3 students and beginners at KS4 (though it may be more beneficial to combine lessons 5&6 for KS4 to increase pace and demand).
Activities include: listen and repeat, graded questioning, reading practice and speaking practice.
