Kitchen brigade badges - learn the different stations of a professional kitchen with ease.
I created these resources to support cooking classes so the students could get to know the various kitchen stations and roles of each better.
There is a flow chart showing the kitchen hierarchy of a professional kitchen and a number of badges ready to be printed and either;
- laminated to place in a lanyard for each student to wear during lessons
- laminated or printed on card and use as a revision resource.
each card contains the name of the position held, their job in a kitchen, and on the back is a number signifying their place in the kitchen hierarchy. From number 1 - the executive chef, 2 - sous chef, all the way to 5 - kitchen assistant/expeditor; your students will have no problem learning the multitude of roles that can be found in a professional kitchen workplace.
