Covers what kindness is, the benefits of kindness, some work on kind words, discussion on how best to be kind in different scenarios and a kind words task at the end.
Could be done entirely as discussion without the worksheet or with.
Took a full 60min PSHE session.
Would also work well for Random Acts of Kindness Day in February.
