Warm up.

Task 1: go through the set floor routine. Discuss the concept of risk v reward with regards to the bonus points for start value, versus execution deductions.

Highlight the areas for differentiation (bonus points).
Highlight the areas for peer coaching & decision making - risk v reward.

Students work in pairs to practice the routine.

Task 2: students perform their draft routines for peer feedback. They then apply the feedback to make improvements.

Task 3: Students perform their final set floor routines.

Task 4: plenary discussion - difficulty v execution.

Cool down - student led stretches head to toe in a circle formation.
