First Flight by UA Fanthorpe - a one hour lesson designed for KS4 students preparing for Edexcel Time and Place poetry anthology questions or for unseen poetry exam questions for any of the exam boards like AQA, Eduqas, OCR and WJEC. The lesson explores key themes and analyses and evaluates the use of imagery, as well as supporting students to analyse the use of contrasting tones through the employment of two voices throughout the piece.
