The Spectacular Teams Extinction Bunker activity is designed to enable participants to develop teamworking skills through cooperative learning, as they work together to reach a consensus based on an ethical dilemma.
Participants are given an extinction level scenario in which they will need to decide which candidates will be saved by granting them entry into a bunker.
This engaging resource encourages groups to reflect on their own values and how they can influence the way they see others, whilst also considering the dangers of preconceptions and stereotypes. This activity is a great resource to promote analytic thinking, respectful debates, self-evaluation, and effective communication within a team.
