Developing Skills & Aspirations | PSHE Unit (KS3) – Careers, Teamwork & Goal Setting
This engaging PSHE unit supports students in developing key life and employability skills while exploring future career pathways. Designed for delivery during Autumn 2: Living in the Wider World, it aligns fully with the Secondary Thematic PSHE Model Programme Builder from the PSHE Association.
Through teamwork tasks, critical thinking activities, and enterprise challenges, students learn how to recognise their strengths, explore a broad range of careers, challenge stereotypes, and raise their aspirations.
