Dealing with Grief and Loss – Full PSHE Lesson | KS3 / KS4 | RSHE Aligned
This fully resourced and editable 1-hour+ PSHE lesson provides a sensitive, structured introduction to understanding grief, bereavement, and emotional coping strategies. It is designed to help students explore the emotional process of grief, recognise its stages, and learn how to support themselves or others during times of loss.
Aligned with the statutory RSHE guidance, this lesson is ideal for Key Stage 3 and 4 learners and can be used during PSHE lessons, drop-down days, tutor sessions, or as part of a wider wellbeing programme.
