What your resource is?
Theme 1 knowledge organiser that condenses the content of Edexcel A-Level Business into its core components to help with revision and retrieval. Theme 1 condensed into 17 A3 pages of knowledge for students.

Who is it aimed at?
Primarily aimed at A Level Business students. Being as much of the content of OCR and AQA are similar to Edexcel, it is also helpful for those exam boards.

What does it include?
A PDF file to be printed in A3 size containing all topics from Theme 1:

1. Meeting customer needs:
   • market research, market maps, product orientation etc.
2. Markets:
   • supply, demand, PED, YED etc.
3. The Marketing Mix: -
   • product, price, place, promotion, product life cycle, Boston Matrix etc.
4. Managing People:
   • Organisational structures, HRM, training, trade unions, recruitment, motivation.
5. Entrepreneurs and leaders:
   • sole trader, limited companies, objectives and more.

How do I use it?

• Print singular pages for individual revision for assessments.
• Print all of it for end of year assessments.
• Set research tasks based on topics. E.G. find me 4 types of market research.
