L5 - I can sequence a story.
L6 - I can use adjectives to describe nouns.
L7 - I can use the conjunction ‘and’ to extend sentences.
L8 - I can write a list of rhyming words.
L9 - Using expanded noun phrases.
L10 - I can use contractions in a letter.
L11 - I can name proper and common nouns.

The updated planning pack and resources are much improved. Thank you. I’m assuming that the notebook versions are the same as the ppt ones?

I feel like the images and description above make this planning look and sound amazing. It is not a ready to use resource. The sequence of lessons above does not match the order of lessons on the powerpoints. The powerpoint slides have only a few words and not enough structure to use as a lesson. I know it was a bargain but I'm extremely disappointed. For something that was supposed to save me time, it has in fact been longer and harder than usual planning.

Hi, Most of my English resources are for aged 5 - 7 years of age so have limited writing on slides and more pictures. I did give examples to show you on the file previews. Some PowerPoint lessons are separate. You are right they are short and simple which I think are suitable for this age range. This resource has been on here for years and downloaded many times. I’m sorry I did not meet your expectations.
