This fun activity is a learning tool to help young, emergent readers enrich their vocabulary and phonics. The product consists of 10 sorting games. Each game includes a teacher guide, which lists the categories students will use to sort the cards into, and cards that include words and pictures. For each game, cut out the cards and laminate them if you choose to do so. Tell your students the categories they will sort those words into (ie. long vowels, starts with “ch,” etc.) and allow them to enjoy themselves!
