It's actually not bad compared to some text books but is littered with spelling mistakes, poor grammar and punctuation and wrongly placed capitals. Also one page is in French. I suspect it's made by a French teacher who can teach 'a bit of German'. I have spent 25 minutes reading through and correcting, which I shouldn't have to do after paying for something.
