I am sorry you have had a problem downloading the Publisher files on your machine. This is not a problem I am aware of with anyone else purchasing these resources. I have uploaded Pdf versions to the bundle for you to download as well to ensure you have the resource. I go to great lengths to ensure that my resources are fit for purpose and hope that this resolves your frustration, but suspect the issue is with your computer security and not the resource. Regards
