This revision resource is designed for AQA GCSE Combined Science as well as Triple (Separate) Science Biology Paper 1 Revision 9-1 but is equally suitable for other boards, this resource contains Exam Style revision questions for the Biology Paper 1 exam paper, suitable for both Foundation & Higher Tier revision as it includes both sets of practice papers which can be printed from the word documents.
The resource starts with a linked revision video on YouTube which is 25mins long. Students can watch the revision video and then complete the exam styled paper in foundation or higher tier.
This can be done independently or as a class.
If done as a class then this lesson should take approximately 2 hours to complete:
• 25 mins – Video
• 1hour 15 mins – Exam Style Paper
• 20 mins – To go through the mark scheme
(Allow for more time if required).
Biology Paper 1 Topics include: Cell Biology, Organisation, Infection & Response, Bioenergetics.
There are 8 exam style practice questions in the Higher Tier paper and 7 exam style practice questions in the Foundation Tier paper.
Mark Scheme is included in the PowerPoint presentation as well as in the word document. Grade boundaries is also included at the end of the resource.

Good resource however on respiration mark scheme you have put produces energy which is incorrect must be releases, you cannot create or destroy energy and students will lose marks for this!
