This booklet can be used to support students in their A-Level English Language Paper 2 (Child Language).
This includes: an overview of several theories for both written and spoken language, a glossary of key terminology, an IPA introduction and application, four written models (two ‘clear’ and two ‘critical and evaluative’, and two application tasks for students to practise.
My students have really beneffited from this resource that I’ve created, and have said that it has really supported them in understanding the key content for Paper 2, as well as understanding how to write in a way that coincides with the A-level criteria.
