As part of a fitness scheme of work, I challenged my students to complete 200 minutes/reps within their 90 minute lesson however this can be changed to any suitable number for the time allocated in your lesson.

The aim of the lesson is to try fill their grid square, ticking off one box for each minute of CV work or ‘rep’ that they complete. They can decide how to split their activities.
On the attached sheet, I listed some activities students could attempt based upon the given equipment in our firness studio but students can be given more or less guidance depending on their ability/understanding.
