<p>A set of construction area cards for each season!</p> <p>I have put mine onto keyrings and laminated as shown in the pictures and will put them into the construction area depending on the season.</p> <p>The download is in a4 size per page but they can easily be reduced to a5 or increased to a3 dependent upon your classroom needs.</p> <p>The cards contain different objects e.g. Santa’s sleigh, pumpkin, combine harvester, as well as objects linked to events e.g. a field of poppies for Remebrance/ a bee hive for World Bee Day.</p> <p>They are matched in style to my other construction card resources in my TES shop.</p>

<p>Images of real buildings with accompanying information to prompt intrigue and discussion from children.</p> <p>I used them on display at the children’s sitting eye-level, they were there throughout the year and as children became more intrigued in signs and symbols, they talked about what they could see and asked about the words.</p>

<p>A set of construction area headings.</p> <p>They are titled ‘research it’, ‘design it’, ‘build it’ ‘save it’ and photograph it. The idea is that these cards will help you to designate certain spaces within your construction area for the different aspects of the designing and building of different models and structures.</p> <p>Only available in PDF form as they were made on canva- they cannot be edited to be a different font/size/colour etc.</p> <p>Also comes with design sheet templates which can also be used for children to draw their designs on before building. Again this is in PDF format only.</p>
