Complete lesson, for the first time you meet any new class, including your tutor group. Use this lesson multiple times during your first week! Use it at the beginning of every year. Great for new teachers and experienced teachers. I have been using this very successfully for over a decade in a wide variety of schools (including two “tough” schools). Latent Heat and Specific Heat Capacity - mix of questions for 9-1 spec. Both latent heat of vaporisation and latent heat of fusion plus SHC. Worksheets with differentiation plus all answers. In my mixed ability group I gave the low ability students the “silver” worksheet and the high ability the “gold” worksheet and they peer marked which worked really well.
