Booklet does not contain LA- B to complete

Thank you for your message. The reason this is not included in the booklet is that it is a practical classroom activity where students take a record and, at the end, write a report on Jane’s case, as explained in the assignment sheet. There are guidelines on the activity in the PDF document U5-Activities, and I have just added two sample on that assignment from students to make it clearer.
