The Big Summer Quiz is back for another year!!

A beautifully presented summer themed quiz consisting of six round of questions with embedded animated answers. Designed for English speaking schools around the world.

An answer sheet is also included for those who want the full quizzing experience, although the quiz works just as well on any paper for those wanting to reduce printing costs.

Round 1 - Breaking News:
10 multiple choice questions looking at the lighthearted events of 2025.

Round 2 - Summer traditions:
10 multiple choice questions about summer traditions from around the world.

Round 3 - Time to travel:
10 multiple choice questions about the wonders of the world. Design to inspire and provoke curiosity.

Round 4 - Summer… Zoomed in!
10 images of objects associated with summer… zoomed in. Students to identify the objects from an ‘up-close’ view.

Round 5 - Where’s Walter?
Walter the watermelon is hiding in 10 summer scenes around the world. He has also been joined by Connie the ice cream cone in five of the locations. Quiz goers to find Walter and Connie within 10 seconds and give the coordinates of the locations. Slides are timed to automatically move on after 10 seconds.

Photo round:
Available as a printout. 9 famous faces disguised behind a pair of sunglasses nose and a set of antlers. Quiz goers to identify the celebrities and then guess which has the most followers on Instagram. This round can be completed without the printout as the answers are embedded in the PowerPoint and could be completed then.
