This is a grid for students to complete with key AO1 and AO3 points for the Paper 3 Stress topic. It helps them to organise their knowledge and to summarise information. It is an A3 editable Word document.
Please note, I have taken into account the specification changes coming in 2025 here, but the only proposed change to Stress is the removal of mention of specific drugs (benzodiazepines and beta blockers). I have chosen to leave these in as examples of drug therapies, as I think students will still need to explain how drug treatments work for stress treatment using specific examples.
