This booklet contains a range of practice tasks for the NEW Spanish GCSE Higher Tier Writing Paper (2026), based on the themes and topics from the AQA specification.

Inside, you’ll find practice activities for each theme and topic, including:

• 90-word writing tasks
• 150-word writing tasks
• Translation practice

There are also helpful tips and tricks included to support students in tackling each task confidently.

At the end of the booklet, you’ll find suggested answers to support learning. Students are encouraged to highlight any new vocabulary or grammatical structures and try to reuse them in future writing tasks.

Teachers are welcome to adapt the suggested answers to suit the needs and ability levels of their students.
